- Tumblers are hand wash only.
- Do you take refunds?
- Refund and exchanges are not accepted due to the handmade nature of each item.
- What if my tumbler arrives damaged?
- Customers have seven days from receiving the package to notify us with regards to any items damaged during transit.
- Do you offer gift cards?
- We do not currently offer gift card.
